Method
The circuit (Hadamard on every wire, then nearest-neighbor CZ along the chain) is a graph-state construction for the path graph. The n stated stabilizer generators K_i = X_i Z_{i-1} Z_{i+1} are the standard result for this graph and were checked to mutually commute and to have the prepared state as their unique +1 joint eigenstate for chain lengths up to 4 qubits by explicit stabilizer tableau propagation.
Result
Pass · all n generators commute pairwise and stabilize the prepared state; the state is the unique simultaneous +1 eigenvector.
